Elementary EventsDesigned for those entering grades 1 - 5 in Fall of 2008. See age requirements per event. Elementary campers will sleep in cabins. The programs are designed to ease young children into experiences away from home. A typical unit consists of two cabins (one for boys and one for girls), each with six campers and a counselor or two in each. Although it is our preference to include boys and girls in each camp unit, occasionally enrollment patterns dictate that a unit be all boys or all girls. Junior EventsDesigned for those entering grades 6 & 7. Juniors sleep in cabins or tent - cabins, unless otherwise noted in grid below. Junior High EventsDesigned for those entering grades 8 & 9. All events are housed in tent - cabins. Junior/Senior High Combined EventsDesigned for those entering grades 8-12. All events are housed in tent - cabins. Senior High EventsDesigned for campers entering grades 10, 11 & 12. *Except LTP, for which you must be entering grade 11 or 12. All units are housed in tents. Family/Alumni EventsFamily and Staff Alumni Events: Family Camp provides an opportunity to play and grow together as a family. It is an opportunity to enjoy with your children all the camp activities offered during the summer. We have a daily schedule, but you go at your own pace. There are Bible study and discussion sessions for the adults, sessions for the children alone (with plenty of babysitting), and family activities like the talent show and paint a parent. Your family will have your own living space (tent - cabins or cabins)or additional spaces in the lodges for an additional cost ($15 more person for 3 day, $20/ person for 5 day). When you register, please attach a note indicating the number in your party; preference for accommodations; and names of family members with children's ages. |
