Lodging Options

Note: This year, we are doing our best to accommodate lodging-mate requests, but lodges may be shared between one or several families depending on registration. We ask for requests during the registration process and will do our best to accommodate you; if you've been to Get Away to Play in the past, this will likely not mean very much change at all. For a private living situation, Meadowview Cabin, our summer cabins, and tent cabins will be for the people you tell us only.

Staff will only enter for emergency or requested repairs during your stay. Food is allowed in our lodges, but is not allowed in the cabins and tents (coolers may be stored at the bathhouse or dining hall, and trash disposed of there as well to prevent visiting four legged friends!).

Lodges A, B, and C
Lodges A, B, & C include 8 bedrooms for up to 23 people ; beds are twin Tempurpedic (C Lodge has 3 double lower beds). Four private bathrooms are on the hall; kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee pot; and a gathering area with couches and chairs.

Pricing
Adults (12+): $230 per person
Youth (6-11): $99
Kids 5 and under are free 🙂

Cedar Meadow Lodge
Includes 5 private bedrooms with private attached bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen and two twin beds. There is a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee pot; and a gathering area with couches and chairs. This is included in the "Lodge" option for kids and adults. We will select who stays here based on the order in which registrations came in, number of people in your party, and preference.

Pricing
Adults (12+): $230 per person
Youth (6-11): $99
Kids 5 and under are free 🙂

Meadowview Cabin
Includes 2 bedrooms (one has a queen bed; one has 2 twin beds); small fridge, coffee pot and microwave; and sitting area with fireplace. Private bathroom. Deck with Adirondack furniture.

Pricing
Entire building: $750

Please note that the registration process will only allow one person to register. When we see your registration come in, we'll be in contact to register the rest of your party from our end. It's a little goofy but helps us prevent too many people registering for this building.

Cabins in Lower Village or Upper Village or Tent Cabin in the High Points area
Each cabin has 8-10 beds with new waterproof foam mattresses on bunks; electricity and screens. Walk to a bathhouse (each unit will have their own side to a bathhouse).

Tent cabins have 6-8 beds with new waterproof foam mattresses on bunks; tents are screened in and are a bit
more rustic but still comfortable. Electricity is not available but we'll be providing some creature comforts
to those who select this option. Bathhouse is a short walk from the tent cabin.

Pricing
Adults (12+): $185 per person
Youth (6-11): $99
Kids 5 and under are free 🙂

Fees & How to Reserve

FEES
Are charged now on an individual basis (with the exception of Meadowview), and are relative to the lodging situation for adults. All fees are listed above.

HOW TO RESERVE
Please complete the reservation at campjburg.campbrainregistration.com.

Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Once you have registered, please make sure to log back in and complete all the required forms. Your registration fee must be paid in full at least two weeks before the program. We will have updated COVID-19 protocols available for you to review on our website. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Registrar, Kim Italiano at kim@johnsonburg.org.

CampBrain, our registration system, organizes accounts by family. An adult parent/guardian will register their children or minors under their care as part of their account (similar to camp registration or registration for our retreats). Room and lodge-mate requests are done through a form in step three as part of the process. We are no longer renting entire lodges for this program.

QUESTIONS? Email our office at office@johnsonburg.org or call 908-852-2349. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
